🌱 In the busyness of life, we often push ourselves too hard, leaving us depleted and disconnected. Biodanza offers a pathway back to our instinctual wisdom, helping us move with more joy, ease, confidence and a sense of connection to life.
✨ What to Expect
5 sessions of Biodanza with resting in between that invite you to:
- Reconnect with your inner flow and release old patterns.
- Experience playfulness, rest, and deep inner listening.
- Discover new possibilities as you align with the rhythm of life.
Whether you're a seasoned biodancer or trying Biodanza for the first time, this weekend will restore and inspire you, offering inner depth in connections and well-being.
