We’re opening our Oregon home for our first Pacific Northwest retreat on the shores of Woahink Lake.
Imagine the fog lifting off the water in the morning, fires warming in the chimney, and the kind of stillness that invites you back to yourself. Over these days together, we’ll share nourishing meals, meaningful practices, and space to be—alone and in community.

Theresa Hubbard and Walker Bird are longtime retreat facilitators and the founders of My Inner Knowing. For over a decade, they have guided hundreds of people through experiences of rest, reflection, and deep personal growth.
Theresa is known for her gentle presence and gift for creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and deeply supported. Walker brings a thoughtful, grounded energy that helps people explore their inner world with curiosity and care.
