Lunch - @savabite has written a seasonal lunch menu designed to nourish and restore. Using local spring produce to create nutrient-rich salads and wholesome dishes that support gut health. Complementing the retreat’s focus on movement, the lunch will be light yet satisfying, energising yet grounding.

To finish the day will close with a relaxing sound bath to calm and relax the nervous system using crystal quartz singing bowls
