UNFOLD weekend workshop in Berlin 14 to 16 February 2025
++ For dancers, actors, performers and movement lovers with different backgrounds and experience with movement ++
UNFOLD is rooted in the Alexander Technique and engages everyone in the joy of dance. The workshop will provide a safe space for experimentation and playfulness, offering supportive tools to dance and improvise together.
These intense days are an opportunity to learn the key principles of Unfold method and experience its five elements: TERRA, MOBILE, LUDENS, INEXPECTATUS and NOMINE.

VALENTINA BORDENAVE, the founder of the method, is an Argentinian dancer, choreographer and mentor based in Berlin. Certified in the Alexander Technique in 1998, Valentina holds a degree in dance from the Folkwang University of Essen, Germany. She is director of movement studies at the international postgraduate school Arthaus Berlin. Further pedagogical activity in Berlin includes the Dance University HZT, Acting Department at the UDK - University of the arts- and Ernst Busch University of Theatre Arts. She also provides training to dance companies such as Sasha Waltz & Guests. In Basel she is a guest teacher at the Master of Arts Music and Scene in Transformation.
