Unfinished Grief: An Interactive Public Installation
About this Event
Unfinished Grief: An Interactive Public Installation
Unfinished Grief is an interactive installation by Margarita Espada, inviting you to honor the dead and remember the loved ones whose presence continues to shape our lives. Through art, memory, and participation, we will create a community altar at our grieving table, a shared space for remembrance and connection.
You are welcome to bring photographs, letters, flowers, or meaningful objects that honor someone you love. Each contribution carries a story and becomes part of our collective tribute. Come to share a memory, listen to others, or simply spend a quiet moment with those you carry in your heart.
Join us at Second Ave. Firehouse Gallery, 17 Second Ave., Bay Shore, from October 30 through November 2, with gallery hours from 5 to 8 PM. Together, let us honor their lives and make room for grief, love, and enduring memories within community.
