IRA Arena | Grand Rapids, MN
The 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence is looming, and as part of recognizing both the promise and the unfinished business, Itasca Area Indivisible, along with partners from the Brainerd Lakes Area Indivisible and Duluth Indivisible, are planning a concert and community festival on June 28th. Think of it as a pre-fourth of July extravaganza with the theme Unfinished Freedom: 250 Years On.
Food trucks, music, fun history…a demonstration of unity.
The purpose of this concert is to celebrate the joy found in our shared humanity and to embrace a vision of patriotism rooted in inclusion, hope, and belonging as we approach the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Together, we seek to inspire energy, unity, and renewed commitment to building a country that more fully lives up to its ideals — a future where freedom, opportunity, and dignity are truly shared by all. The work of creating a more perfect union continues, and together, we can do better.
