UNFILTERED: teen workshop

Being a teen today can feel overwhelming. Between friendships, social media, school stress, and the pressure to have it all figured out, it’s easy to lose confidence and forget just how valuable you are.
Unfiltered is a supportive, judgment-free workshop created for girls in grades 7–12 to build confidence, strengthen emotional wellness, and connect with others who get it. Through engaging activities, honest conversations, and practical tools, we’ll explore what it means to show up authentically and take care of ourselves—inside and out.

• Managing stress and anxious thoughts
• Healthy friendships and boundaries
• Self-care that actually works
• Finding and using your voice
• Building resilience and coping skills
