About this Event

Unequal? How can women serve and flourish in the local church?

Women's ministry is a gift to the church but for some there can be real struggle as they wrestle with and work through what that looks like Biblically in practice. Our desire is to explore how we can faithfully prepare, equip, and release women for service, into the ministries God has given them within their local churches. To help us do that, we will hear from Sharon Dickens, Director of Women's Ministry for 20schemes, and a panel of experienced women’s ministry leaders in Scotland, as they address key questions—engaging not only with some of the more difficult theological issues but also sharing from their practical experience of navigating these matters alongside their church leaders and congregations.
