Join us on the Story Trail to read "If I Had a Dinosaur" by Alex Barrow and Gabby Dawnay as you make your way down the trail for an unforgettable surprise!
At the end of the trail, children will meet an “undiscovered living dinosaur” who has come out of hiding just for this event. With help from the dinosaur’s handler, kids will learn about animal safety, how to behave around large animals, and what it means to treat creatures with kindness and respect. After meeting our prehistoric guest, children can unleash their creativity by designing and naming their very own dinosaur.
This program will be held at the Story Trail, located at Bob Amos Park, just below the Overlook Events Center, on Tuesday, June 9th at 6:00. Look for our sign at the head of the trail! No registration is required.
