Unwind after the IB Global Conference with a guided cellar tour and tasting, then a cocktail reception of local wines and seasonal canapés, surrounded by fellow educators and friends from IB Global.

Located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, Chai Saint Olive is Lyon's first urban winery.
The Chai Saint Olive is an atypical production site and event space. From the reception of freshly pressed grape juice (also called must) to bottling, including aging in oak barrels, stainless steel tanks or amphorae, all stages of winemaking are carried out there.
TOUR OF THE SAINT OLIVE WINERY AND WINE TASTING

• Tour of the Chai Saint Olive cellars in groups of 15 people. Guided tour in English (2 persons)
• Wine tasting of Chai Saint Olive wines

COCKTAIL RECEPTION

• Cocktail reception with 15 peaces (13 savoury, 2 sweet)
• Wine from the Saint Olive cellar and local beers included
• Soft drinks included: still and sparkling mineral water, fruit juice
• Caterer offering fresh, local and seasonal produce
