Join us for our monthly UNE Healthy Campus Walk. UNE staff and students are invited to step away from your desk, connect with colleagues and friends, and focus on your overall wellbeing.🌱 📆Date: First Wednesday of every month

📍Start point: Ingrid Moses Courtyard
🚶♂️Distance: 1.5km
🥪Food: Attendees have the option of joining us for lunch with a $5 discount from Cafè Life

This is part of the cultural change at UNE. UNE and UNE Life are on a mission to help promote and improve mental, physical, and social health at UNE. We will be hosting events and activations to get you prioritising positive outcomes for a better work life balance.
AIM OF THE EVENT
This event aims to raise awareness of physical, social and mental wellbeing for our people. We believe that a healthy campus is not just about academic excellence but also about nurturing a healthy body and mind.❤️
Healthy Campus is a collaboration between FISU, UNE, UNE Life, Manna Institute and SportUNE, focusing on promoting physical, mental, and social health for staff and students.
