Understanding Yourself Through the Inner JourneyThis immersive workshop is an invitation to turn inward and reconnect with the truth of who you are.
Understanding Yourself Through the Inner Journey is a gentle yet profound exploration of self-awareness, healing, and conscious living. Through guided reflection, embodied practices, and deep inner listening, you will be supported to move beyond unconscious patterns, mind stories, and conditioning, and return to a place of clarity, safety, and inner knowing.
Together we will explore:
Awareness and the role of the Observer.
The illusion of the matrix and conscious creation.
Healing inner child wounds and integrating the shadow.
Understanding the ego and stepping back from the mind.
Reconnecting with trust, safety, and your inner wisdom.
Listening to and aligning with your Higher Self.
The workshop will be held in person, creating a grounded and supportive space for connection and embodied presence, with a future online (Zoom) offering for those who wish to join remotely.
This course is for anyone who feels called to:

Heal old patterns with compassion.
Live with greater awareness, authenticity, and self-trust.
