A 3-hour Past Life Workshop using meditation is designed to gently guide participants into a relaxed state where they can explore memories, impressions, or symbolic experiences that may relate to past lives. The focus is not only on curiosity about previous lifetimes, but also on personal insight, emotional healing, and understanding patterns in the present life. �
Workshop Overview (3 Hours)
1. Welcome and Introduction (20–30 minutes)
The workshop begins with a relaxed introduction explaining:
What past life exploration is
How meditation and regression work
Why people often experience images, emotions, or symbolic stories rather than clear “memories”
Participants are reassured that everyone experiences the process differently, and there is no pressure to see anything specific.
2. Grounding and Energy Preparation (15 minutes)
Before the regression meditation begins, participants are guided through:
Breathing exercises
Light relaxation techniques
Grounding practices
This helps calm the mind and prepares the body to enter a deeper meditative state.
3. Guided Past Life Meditation / Regression (40–50 minutes)
Participants are guided step-by-step through a deep meditation. This may include:
Visualising a peaceful place
Walking through a symbolic doorway or pathway in time
Allowing images, feelings, or scenes to arise naturally
During this stage, people may experience:
A different historical setting
Emotions or relationships from another life
Symbols or intuitive impressions
The aim is exploration rather than proof.
4. Gentle Return and Integration (10 minutes)
Participants are gradually brought back to full awareness through grounding and breathing.
5. Reflection and Journaling (20 minutes)
After the meditation, participants are encouraged to write down:
Images they saw
Emotions they felt
Any lessons or messages that came through
Writing immediately helps capture details before they fade.
6. Group Discussion and Interpretation (40–50 minutes)
Participants can share experiences if they wish. Paul may help explore:
Themes that appeared
Emotional connections to the present life
Possible lessons or patterns
Sharing often reveals how symbolic experiences can hold personal meaning.
7. Second Short Meditation or Soul Insight Exercise (20–30 minutes)
A shorter guided meditation may follow, focusing on:
Understanding the lesson from the past life
Releasing old emotional patterns
Bringing wisdom back into the present life
8. Closing and Questions (10–15 minutes)
The workshop ends with grounding, questions, and advice on continuing meditation practice.
