Understanding Your Energy Centers: The Foundation

Your Energy, Explained - This is where everything begins.

If you’ve ever felt off, overwhelmed, disconnected, or not quite yourself, your energy system may be out of balance, even if you don’t fully understand what that means yet.

In this introductory class, you’ll be guided through the seven main energy centers, what they are, how they affect your emotions, body and energy, and how to recognize when they are out of alignment.

You’ll begin to understand:

• Why you feel stuck, anxious, drained, or disconnected at times.
• How different areas of your life connect to specific energy centers.
• Simple ways to start bringing your body and energy back into balance.

This is not overwhelming or overly “spiritual” it’s practical, grounded, and designed to help you reconnect to yourself in a way that makes sense.

Hands-On Experience:

You’ll create your own energy-support bath salt blend designed to help you relax, release tension, and begin restoring balance at home.

We will then move over to The Cocoon for a 30-minute guided meditation, where you’ll begin to reconnect with your body and gently bring your energy back into balance and alignment.

You’ll leave with:

• A clear understanding of your energy system.
• Awareness of where you may feel out of balance.
• A take-home bath salt blend to support your reset.

This class lays the foundation for the deeper work to come, where we begin working with specific chakras and how they show up in your daily life.
