In this workshop:
In this workshop, we will explore what emotions are, how they affect our mental health, and how to manage them effectively. Through a deep understanding of emotions, you will learn to identify, express, and manage them in a healthy way to improve your emotional well-being. You will gain practical tools to develop a more balanced relationship with your emotions, reduce stress, and promote stronger mental health. A space to learn, reflect, and connect with yourself in your emotional process.
About the Presenter:
Maria Winters, LCPC is a licensed mental health therapist, a published author, a mom, a chocolate lover, and a trained life coach. She is the founder and owner of The Coaching Therapist, LLC - a practice dedicated to offering workshops and training on different topics related to emotional and mental wellbeing.
Maria has over 20 years offering mental health support to adults and adolescents. She is the creator of The Emotional Fitness Studio in Annapolis.
