In this month of America’s 250th birthday, we aim to understand the philosophical influences and underpinnings at play in our founding documents.
What did their authors mean when they set the country’s cornerstone ideals?
This is an opportunity to explore Enlightenment thought, but also the tradition of the Haudenosaunee, Aristotle, the Stoics, Cicero, and others.
