About this Event

Led by experts in the field, this free event will challenge common myths, provide evidence-based insights, and encourage open conversations around important aspects of female health in sport and everyday life.

This event is targeted towards younger women as we are working to ensure they are provided the opportunity to hear research based information and advice from leading experts in their fields. The speakers are always open to questions at the end of their presentations and for follow up chats afterwards if there is something specific you'd like.
