Wellness is excited to introduce the Understanding Self and Others Group for children ages 7-14! � This group, based at our Radcliff office, is designed to help kids develop essential life skills through interactive therapy sessions and hands-on activities. � What We Provide: - Mindfulness techniques - Distress tolerance strategies - Coping skills for emotional management - Guidance on building and maintaining relationships - Focus on overall well-being � Separate groups for elementary and middle school ages ensure tailored lessons to meet their developmental needs. � Starts:*October 23, 2024 � Where:Radcliff Office When:Every Wednesday - Elementary Ages (7-10):3:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Middle School Ages (11-14):4:00 PM - 6:00 PM � Cost: FREE for Medicaid clients in Hardin County! � Sliding scale available for others.
