Explore the fundamentals of perspective with Carol Ann Morley and elevate your drawing practice. In this focused workshop, students will learn practical methods for measuring and drawing in accurate proportion, creating convincing depth, and understanding how space is constructed on the page.
Topics include foreshortening, overlapping forms, linear and atmospheric perspective, establishing a consistent light source, and shading techniques using graphite. Through guided exercises, participants will examine how foundational geometric forms—cube, cone, sphere, and cylinder—underlie organic subjects and serve as the structural basis for all drawing.
Beginner to experienced students welcome.
