Understanding Dog Body Language - Learn the multiple aspects of canine body language. Through video, photos, and discussion, we will explore changes in specific body parts and general canine communication. Dogs express their feelings, needs, and wants through their body. When humans learn this language, it can help create a conversation between the two species. Building a relationship where the dog is a part of the conversation can prevent miscommunication and disharmony.
Stress in Dogs: How it Affects Learning, Behavior, and Health - Stress is a part of life, including our dogs. Understanding how it affects them and what we can do to help can improve both of your lives. Dogs that suffer from anxiety, are fearful, reactive, or impulsive may be struggling with stress. This presentation will give you a thorough understanding of the three types of stress, how to build stress resilience through confidence building and emotional regulation, and healthy ways to cope with stress.
You can sign up for one workshop ($75/each) or bundle them together ($115/both)! Both workshops will be on May 19th and 3 hours each, with time between for a lunch break, so be ready for a full day of learning!
*If you work in the pet industry, email us at [email protected] for your special coupon code!
We love your pups, but these workshops are for humans only, so leave the dogs at home, please!
