This interactive workshop explores key neurodivergences, focusing on how we can better support people to thrive and be their best selves. The session includes a short overview of various neurodivergent conditions alongside group reflection, sharing, and practical strategies. The emphasis is on empathy, understanding, and actionable steps to support neurodivergent individuals in everyday life and work.

Training is FREE for the Young Ealing Foundation members, £20 deposit will be refunded on successful completion of the training.
