Managing gestational diabetes can feel overwhelming—but you're not alone.This FREE workshop is designed exclusively for expecting families who have received a confirmed diagnosis of gestational diabetes. Join us as we walk through clear, compassionate, and evidence-based information to help you confidently manage your pregnancy and support a healthy birth.

In this workshop, we’ll cover:

• What gestational diabetes is and how it affects pregnancy
• Nutrition and meal planning tips to stabilize blood sugar
• Safe ways to stay active during pregnancy
• What to expect during labor and delivery with gestational diabetes
• How to monitor blood sugar levels and communicate with your care team

Who can attend:This workshop is only open to individuals who have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Partners are welcome to attend with you for support.
