Understanding Chakras

The chakras and the Art of inner balance.
Following on from our previous evening exploring yoga, this talk takes us deeper into the subtle energy system of the chakras — though it can equally be enjoyed as a stand-alone experience.
Together we will explore what chakras are, how they influence emotional well-being, creativity, balance and spiritual connection. We will explore practical ways to work with them and bring them into everyday life. The evening will include guided meditation, breathwork (pranayama), mudras, and sound practices designed to help awaken and harmonise the energy centres of the body.
Expect a warm, accessible, and interactive evening of learning, reflection, and gentle spiritual practice suitable for complete beginners as well as those wishing to deepen their understanding.
Fiona has practiced yoga for over 30 years. In 2016 she had the
wonderful fortune to train with Brenda’s Chill Out Yoga Teacher
Training under the umbrella of the Independent Yoga Network.
Through yoga, she has deepened her alignment between mind,
body and spirit, and has strengthened her resolve to cope with
the challenges that are a part of everyday life.
Cost £10 pp
