Understanding Autism and ADHD with Strategies
Wednesday 3rd July 11am – 1pm
IN PERSON at Young Ealing Foundation c/o Bilton House, 7 Culmington Rd, London W13 9NB
This training session sets out to support those attending with a clear understanding of how autism and ADHD present by exploring common areas of difference including communication, social thinking and understanding.
The session will also explore sensory differences in both conditions, the overlap of conditions including strengths and contradictions and how executive functioning impacts every day functioning.
The training will also look at ADHD and the NHS including the NICE guidelines and when Medic*tion may be offered to someone who is ADHD and how that can or cannot work for the individual.
The session will aim to provide strategies to those attending so they are better able to help the neurodiverse young people they come into contact with and support.

Training is FREE for the Young Ealing Foundation members, £20 deposit will be refunded on successful completion of the training.
