Understanding and Navigating the Journey of Dementia

During this presentation, Mrs. Claire Webster, former caregiver and certified dementia care consultant, will share practical advice on how to care for a person living with dementia.

She will discuss important considerations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both the individuals and their caregivers to help families understand and access the resources needed to navigate this disease.A question-and-answer period will follow.
