About this Event
HR’s confidence and credibility has a major impact on its ability to deliver results. This webinar will explore how to build the influence and esteem of HR leaders, professionals and the function itself.
Imposter syndrome is the fear of being found out. It is a belief we are holding that we do not belong in the role we are in, despite evidence to the contrary.
In the next of the series of sessions Marion Hewitt and Deborah Wilkes have developed, we consider how imposter syndrome may be affecting the impact we have as People Professionals.
Based on their experience working with and within the profession, and as coaches they sought to investigate this further by conducting research into individual experiences of imposter syndrome. Here is a link to the survey. Please compete this prior to attending the event. The results will be shared in the webinar.
