In this hands-on clinic, we’ll break down common causes of lower back pain, how it may be showing up in your body, and what you can actually do about it. You’ll learn practical tools to build resilience and move with more confidence.

This isn’t a lecture. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, explore movement, and feel how different solutions work in your own body. We believe education is key to long-term success! And it should be accessible, digestible, and interactive.

Led by Dr. Andrew from Elite Motion Chiro, you'll get first-hand knowledge from a sports and rehab injury specialist, determined to keep people moving and healthier for longer.
