Commemorate America 250 at the “Underground Railroad Today” festival at the NYS Equal Rights Heritage Center on September 12, 9am to 1pm! Enjoy community conversation and celebrate
cultural heritage with food samples, live music, a discussion circle, and historical displays. Hear from a diverse lineup of keynote speakers on our region’s deep-rooted ties to freedom seekers and how this civic duty continues today.
ASL interpretation will be provided by Interpretek through the National Park Service.

Join us at 25 South Street to celebrate International Underground Railroad Month with this special event! Brought to
you by the City of Auburn, the Historic and Cultural Sites Commission, Auburn Downtown BID, the Frontenac Historical Society and Museum, the National Park Service, and Tour Cayuga.
In addition, between now and September 12, bring dry food to the Equal Rights Heritage Center to support the Dry Food Drive to aid local communities! These will be distributed following the event.
