We are looking forward to welcoming you to “Around the World” Underground Kitchen - an immersive, multi-course culinary journey inspired by flavors and traditions from across the globe. This special evening will feature OVG Executive Chef Devin Levine alongside Guest Chef Shannon Smith, combining their unique culinary styles to create a one-night-only dining experience filled with bold flavors, refined techniques, and globally inspired storytelling.
Travel through vibrant Egyptian dukkah salad, Sicilian pistachio pesto orecchiette, Israeli hummus im bassar, and richly spiced Indian chicken curry before ending the evening in France with a decadent Tour de France dessert trio.
Each course will be paired with thoughtfully selected wines designed to complement and elevate the experience throughout the night.

ABOUT CHEF SHANNON SMITH
Chef Shannon Smith is a Tulsa-based chef, author, storyteller, and world traveler whose work is inspired by more than 50 countries and the people she has met along the way. Known for her intimate dining experiences and globally inspired cuisine, Shannon blends food, travel, and connection into every dish she creates.
ABOUT EXECUTIVE CHEF DEVIN LEVINE
Chef Devin Levine is a 52-year veteran in the food and hospitality industry, currently executive chef for the Oak View Group managed BOK Center and the Arvest Convention Center.
Prior to joining OVG, Chef Levine was executive chef at Southern Hills Country Club for 34 years which was listed as a top Platinum Club ranking15th in the United States. Chef Levine was also executive chef at the Bank of Oklahoma Executive Dining Room for 10 years and began his culinary career at the Camelot Hotel in Tulsa in 1972.
Chef Levine is a certified executive chef (CEC) through the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and has been voted chef of the year three times and received the “Man of Distinction” award by the Tulsa Business & Legal News in 2013.
