Oak View Group’s Executive Chef Devin Levine invites you to The Underground Kitchen: Italia – an indulgent, multi-course journey through the flavors of Italy, crafted with soulful technique and seasonal ingredients.

From vibrant aperitivi and handmade breads to rich primi and show-stopping secondi, this menu celebrates the heart of Italian cooking: simplicity, depth, and unforgettable flavor. Enjoy dishes like pancetta-wrapped prawns over roasted garlic–butternut risotto, Nonna’s veal “lasagna,” and a decadent finale of chocolate panna cotta with Amarena cherries. Each course will be paired with Italian-inspired beverages designed to elevate and complement the evening.

ABOUT EXECUTIVE CHEF DEVIN LEVINE

Chef Devin Levine is a 52-year veteran in the food and hospitality industry, currently executive chef for the Oak View Group managed BOK Center and the Arvest Convention Center.

Prior to joining OVG, Chef Levine was executive chef at Southern Hills Country Club for 34 years which was listed as a top Platinum Club ranking15th in the United States. Chef Levine was also executive chef at the Bank of Oklahoma Executive Dining Room for 10 years and began his culinary career at the Camelot Hotel in Tulsa in 1972.

Chef Levine is a certified executive chef (CEC) through the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and has been voted chef of the year three times and received the “Man of Distinction” award by the Tulsa Business & Legal News in 2013.
