Underdog Skills Lab: Session 4 🏀🧪
School’s out, and Underdog Basketball is back with the 4th edition of our Underdog Skills Lab! 🔥 This time, we’ve extended the clinic from 2 hours to 3 hours of high-intensity training—giving athletes even more time to sharpen their game.
Designed for boys and girls in 3rd–12th grade, our Skills Lab covers the essentials: ball handling, footwork, shooting, defense, conditioning, and more. It’s the perfect chance to take your game to the next level!
In honor of basketball season, athletes are encouraged to rep their favorite team jersey or t-shirt—NBA, WNBA, college, or even your own local squad.
