This in-person sound bath is the perfect opportunity to completely let go, allowing STAR energy connect you with your inner self and energize your soul. Karla is a certified meditation/sound facilitator and reiki master, and has obtained her MHFA with over 300+ hours of training and countless hours of dedicated practice. She has trained under various psychologists, yoga therapists, Buddhist monks, reiki masters, mindfulness teachers, musicians, peers, and so many more. She considers herself a life long student in the realm of meditation, mindfulness, and self-development. 

During the day, Karla is a tech marketing lead and has hosted corporate wellness programs and meditations for over +350 attendees virtually. She also partners and co-facilitates retreats and events around Calgary, AB with other incredible wellness facilitators. Karla has a deep and profound longing to help people discover themselves through meditation, just like she did in 2020 - the year that ignited the light and passion within her.
