Vendor Rules & Information

VENDOR SPACE
• Vendor spaces are approximately one booth-sized area.
• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, displays, and setup materials.
• Merchandise and displays must remain within your assigned space.
• Vendor placement is determined by event staff.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
• Setup begins at 8:30 AM.
• All vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM.
• Event hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Vendors may not begin packing up before 4:00 PM unless approved by event staff.
• Vendors are responsible for removing all merchandise, displays, and trash at the end of the event.
ACCEPTED MERCHANDISE
We welcome:
• Antiques
• Vintage items
• Collectibles
• Handmade goods
• Artwork
• Books
• Toys
• Household goods
• Small business products
• Flea market finds
• Repurposed and upcycled items
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following may not be sold:
• Illegal items
• Counterfeit goods
• Stolen merchandise
• Firearms or ammunition
• Explosives
• Drug paraphernalia
• Pornographic materials
• Live animals
• Hazardous materials
• Mass-produced 3D printed items
Event staff reserve the right to request removal of any item deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the event.
VINTAGE MARKET PRIORITY
Preference may be given to vendors offering antiques, vintage items, collectibles, handmade goods, and related merchandise.
VENDOR CONDUCT
• Vendors must treat customers, staff, and fellow vendors respectfully.
• Excessive noise, aggressive sales tactics, or disruptive behavior will not be permitted.
• Vendors are responsible for supervising their own space and merchandise.
SALES & TRANSACTIONS
• Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any required taxes.
• Under The Gallus Frame is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
WEATHER & CANCELLATION
• This event is being held indoors.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
LIABILITY
Participation in this event is at the vendor's own risk. Under The Gallus Frame, its owners, staff, and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or damage.
