Unda: A Cosmic Performance for Connection 🔹
Ένα work-in-progress που εξερευνά τη σύνδεση, τη ροή και την αναζήτηση της ενότητας μέσα από την κίνηση, την ενέργεια και τη μεταφυσική.
Τρεις περφόρμερς, τρεις ενέργειες, τρεις διαδρομές:
🌞Ο περιστρεφόμενος δερβίσης που χορεύει στον ρυθμό του σύμπαντος.
🌎Η γήινη αναζήτηση του αγνωστικιστή που παλεύει να κατανοήσει το πνευματικό πεδίο.
🌝Η ισορροπία του κέντρου μέσα από τη σοφία του Ταοϊσμού.
Μια πολυαισθητηριακή βιωματική εμπειρία, όπου το ολιγομελές κοινό βρίσκεται μέσα στην επιτέλεση, περιηγείται στον χώρο και γίνεται μέρος της ροής.

Σκηνοθετικό Σημείωμα:
Η "Unda" δεν είναι απλώς μια performance, αλλά μια τελετουργική, πολυαισθητηριακή εμπειρία που καλεί το κοινό να γίνει μέρος μιας ζωντανής ροής.
Σε έναν κόσμο όπου οι θρησκείες, οι πολιτισμοί, οι ιδεολογίες και οι άνθρωποι συχνά συγκρούονται, επιδιώκουμε να ανακαλύψουμε τη βαθύτερη σύνδεση που μας ενώνει. Η ροή (unda), όπως τα κύματα του νερού ή οι παλμοί του σύμπαντος, είναι η δύναμη που συνδέει τα πάντα: το σώμα, την ψυχή, το πνεύμα.
Μέσα από την περιστροφική ενέργεια του Σούφι, τη διαδρομή του αγνωστικιστή που παλεύει να βρει απαντήσεις, και την αρμονία της Ταοϊκής φιλοσοφίας, η Unda γίνεται μια γέφυρα ανάμεσα στο γήινο και το κοσμικό.
Το κοινό, σε μικρές ομάδες, καλείται να περιηγηθεί στον χώρο, βιώνοντας την ενέργεια και την κίνηση σε άμεση εγγύτητα με τους performers. Η συμμετοχή τους, ως παρατηρητές και ταυτόχρονα ως μέρος της εμπειρίας, ενισχύει την αίσθηση της σύνδεσης και της ροής. Άλλωστε, όπως υποστηρίζει ο θεωρητικός φυσικός John Wheeler δεν υπάρχουν παρατηρητές, παρά μόνο συμμετέχοντες.
Η επιτέλεσή μας δεν προσφέρει απαντήσεις, αλλά ανοίγει διαλόγους:
💥 Πού βρίσκονται τα όριά μας;
💥 Πώς συνδεόμαστε με το άγνωστο;
💥 Τι σημαίνει πραγματική ενότητα;
Γνωρίσαμε τον Ahmed Maraie Eed στο Cairo International Festival for Experimental Theatre. Συνδεθήκαμε και δημιουργήσαμε εκεί και αποφασίσαμε να ξεκινήσουμε το ερευνητικό μας project. H Unda είναι η πρώτη μας εξερεύνηση.
Η Unda είναι ένα ταξίδι που διαμορφώνεται από την αλληλεπίδραση της κίνησης, της ενέργειας και της παρουσίας. Σας προσκαλούμε να το μοιραστείτε μαζί μας.

🌝 The balance of the center inspired by Taoist wisdom.
A multi-sensory, immersive experience, where a small audience is part of the performance, navigating the space and becoming part of the flow.

Director’s Note
"Unda" is more than a performance; it is a ritualistic, multi-sensory experience that invites the audience to become part of a living flow.
In a world where religions, cultures, ideologies, and people often clash, we strive to uncover the deeper connection that unites us. The flow (unda), like the waves of water or the pulses of the universe, is the force that links everything: the body, the soul, the spirit.
Through the rotational energy of Sufi practice, the journey of the agnostic searching for answers, and the harmony of Taoist philosophy, Unda becomes a bridge between the earthly and the cosmic.
The audience, in small groups, is invited to navigate the space, experiencing energy and movement in close proximity to the performers. Their presence, as both observers and participants, enhances the sense of connection and flow. After all, as the theoretical physicist John Wheeler argued, there are no observers, only participants.
Our performance does not offer answers, but it opens dialogues:
💥 Where are our limits?
💥 How do we connect with the unknown?
💥 What does true unity mean?
We met Ahmed Maraie Eed at the Cairo International Festival for Experimental Theatre. We connected and created there, and we decided to embark on this research project. Unda is our first exploration.
