Uncovering the Heart and Mind Shifts Needed for True Fundraising Equity.2

Are you ready to delve into the deeper aspects of IDEA principles within fundraising, moving beyond theoretical guides and checklists? This presentation will challenge participants to explore their own biases, especially regarding fundraising in culturally and ethnically diverse communities. The session will address how true equity in philanthropy requires a shift in both hearts and minds, prompting participants to consider whether they unconsciously favor certain groups over others in their fundraising efforts. The goal is to inspire actionable change that aligns more closely with the genuine needs of the most marginalized communities.

• Due to space limitations, registration is limited to first come, first served.
• Pre-registration required and the registration deadline is Friday, August 8th at noon.

The first 30 minutes are dedicated to networking. The session will begin promptly at 12:00pm.
