We have hidden emotions that we don't show anyone, including ourselves. Different events, scenarios, and situation envoke different feelings inside of us. Sometimes we understand our reaction and other times we are confused on how it made us feel.During this 3 week shamanic based meditation course we will look deep into a specific emotion and work through it to better understand ourselves.
This intensive workshop you will dive deep into your emotion to figure out its cause and how it work through it. When we give ourselves a safe place to process an emotion, we allow ourselves to process is deeper. We will process each emotion mind, body, and spirit.
This first session will focus on anger. You will work on uncovering the core things that cause you anger and why. It will be held on September 19, September 26, and October 3 at 7:00 pm in the Lotus Healing Room. This class will $80 per person and limited to 6 people per class
