Uncorked TASTE: Curds and Corks

Each month will rotate between TASTE, LEARN, and ENJOY classes, offering a mix of guided tastings, deeper education, and fun ways to enjoy wine.

For this TASTE class, we're going to celebrate one of wine’s most classic (and most misunderstood) relationships with Curds and Corks, a guided exploration of wine and cheese pairing.

This tasting focuses on why certain combinations work beautifully while others fall flat, looking at the interplay between acidity, fat, salt, texture, and intensity. You will learn how different styles of wine interact with different styles of cheese, along with practical principles that make pairing easier and more intuitive. Expect a warm, hands-on class that blends comfort-food joy with approachable, usable wine knowledge.
