Join us on the first Thursday of each month for a thoughtfully curated wine tasting experience. Each tasting features a different theme, offering Members the opportunity to explore new varietals, regions, and styles in an engaging and social setting.
Monthly wine tastings are open to the entire BCC membership. Members of The Cellar Society enjoy early access to registration and receive complimentary admission to all tastings as part of their program benefits.
Please note that dinner will not be served during these events, but lite bites will be provided. Reservations are required if you would like to join us for dinner after the tasting.

June 4: Sip, Shop & Stock Your Cellar
Join us for an evening designed for discovery, indulgence, and preparation for the season ahead. Guests will have the opportunity to sample 20+ wines from a diverse selection of vineyards, all available for purchase to enjoy at home or add to your personal collection. In addition, a curated selection of Brookfield favorites will be offered at a special discounted rate, making room for exciting new additions to our upcoming menu.
July 2: Bubbles & Bites | $25+ per person | Complimentary for Cellar Society Members
Join us for a sparkling summer soirée celebrating the perfect pairing of effervescent wines and elevated small plates. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of sparkling wines from around the world—including Champagne, Prosecco, and Cava—each thoughtfully paired with chef-crafted bites designed to complement and enhance every sip.
August 6: Hidden Gems: Wines From Underrated Regions Around the World | $15+ per person | Complimentary for Cellar Society Members
Join us for an evening dedicated to uncovering exceptional wines from some of the world’s most underrated regions. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of unique wines from countries such as Portugal, Greece, Austria, and South Africa—each offering distinctive character, rich history, and outstanding value. Paired with thoughtfully crafted small bites, this guided tasting invites you to step outside the familiar and discover your next favorite wine.
September 3: Fireside Reds | $15+ per person | Complimentary for Cellar Society Members
Join us for a warm and inviting evening celebrating the rich, bold wines of the season. As the days begin to cool, guests will enjoy a curated selection of full-bodied red wines—perfect for cozy evenings and fall gatherings—paired with chef-crafted bites designed to complement their depth and complexity.
October 1: Trick or Treat: Can You Guess What Wine I Am? | $15+ per person | Complimentary for Cellar Society Members
Join us for a festive and interactive blind tasting experience with a refined Halloween twist. Guests will sample a curated selection of wines presented blind and compete to identify each wine’s varietal, region, and price point.
November 5: Holiday Host: Wines to Impress the Table | $15+ per person | Complimentary for Cellar Society Members
Join us for a thoughtfully curated tasting designed to elevate your holiday entertaining. Discover a selection of versatile, crowd-pleasing wines perfect for everything from intimate dinners to festive gatherings. Each wine has been selected for its ability to pair beautifully with a variety of dishes while offering exceptional quality and value.

Join us for a guided spring wine tasting celebrating the season’s most refreshing and versatile wines. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of rosés from both Old World and New World regions, accompanied by thoughtfully paired small bites.
