April features a tour of Italy,
with three fine selections from our wine list:
• Borgogno No Name Barolo from Piedmont, renowned for its complex tannins and rich layers of flavor
• Donna Laura Aleto Chianti, which offers a harmonious balance of acidity and ripe fruit
• Castello del Poggio Prosecco, noted for its lively effervescence and crisp finish
Accompanying these wines, Chef de Cuisine Ramona will curate a selection of amuse-bouches designed to enhance the tasting experience, paired with live music to set an inviting atmosphere.
