This session
This session invites you to soften control and follow what wants to emerge, using embodied attention as a way to explore presence, sensation and connection.
Through gentle guidance and open invitations, we create space to loosen habitual patterns, listen more closely to internal cues and encounter others beyond words.
You don’t need prior experience and you don’t need to perform. The exact form unfolds in the moment within a clear and well held framework.
About the facilitator
Facilitated by a Berlin-based artist focused on creating structured, attentive environments that support clarity and intentional engagement.

What is Uncommon Club?
Uncommon Club creates guided group sessions built around shared novelty, doing something unfamiliar together, in a way that feels safe, human, and intentional.
We believe that when people step into a new experience at the same time, without knowing exactly what will happen, habits soften, curiosity opens, and connection becomes more natural.
That’s why Uncommon Club sessions are:
- carefully guided and consent-led,
- designed around presence rather than performance,
- and kept partly a surprise.
Not to confuse you — but to meet you before autopilot takes over.
What Uncommon Club is — and isn’t
Uncommon Club is:
- ✅ A guided, facilitator-led group experience
- ✅ Focused on curiosity, embodiment, and human connection
- ✅ Structured, consent-led, and psychologically safe
Uncommon Club is not:
- ❌ A party or club night
- ❌ A dance performance or class
- ❌ A regular sports class
- ❌ A networking event
- ❌ A sexual setting
- ❌ Therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment
How our sessions work
Every Uncommon Club session is carefully guided and unfolds in waves.
Wave 1️⃣ — Arrival
Arrive, settle, and land in the space and group.
Wave 2️⃣ — Warm-up
Gentle invitations help you arrive in your body and the moment.
Wave 3️⃣ — Exploration (Core Experience)
The heart of the session. Playful, embodied, surprising —always guided.
Wave 4️⃣ — Reflection
We slow things down and let the experience settle.
Wave 5️⃣ — Closing & Connection
A clear closing moment, with space to linger — or leave quietly.
