UMJC Members, and anyone else in the Jeep Community, and ALL who knew Mike Hogan are welcome to attend the Celebration of Life for Uncle Mike on Saturday, April 19th. We are meeting on the empty lot beside the Used vehicle department of Big O at 5pm. We will depart from there at 5:30pm, and ride/convoy to the Possum Kingdom Speedway for a BBQ dinner and bonfire! We will share stories about Uncle Mike and fellowship with his family and friends. Since Mike LOVED a good BBQ, we will have Travis smoking some butts and serving them up for us! BBQ plates will be $12 and donations are being accepted. All proceeds will be donated to the Shriner's Children's Hospital in Greenville in Mike Hogan's honor. You can purchase a ticket for your plate(s) outside the Concession stand, or in advance; please message Leeanna Morgan or see her in person at the Fountain Inn Jeep Jam on Saturday. We also ask that all of the Jeepers stop by Big O between 3pm-5pm on Saturday the 19th, and take a picture of your Jeep in front of the mural, on the right side of the building. We would LOVE to see you post it on social media and tag #UncleMikesJeepClub in it, or just post it on our FB page! Dinner will be served at 7pm and the bonfire will be lit just before dark. There is PLENTY of parking for all types of vehicles! The parking area is level and clean. There are restrooms located in the air conditioned Concession stand, along with a few picnic tables and church pews for those who do not like to eat outside, or need to sit and cool off.
