About this workshop

Most people do not fail because they lack ambition. They fail because their goals are poorly designed, unclear, externally driven, or outside their control.

By the end of the workshop, you will leave with a clearly defined 60-90 day executable goal built using the framework.

UNCHAINED GOALS™ – Goals Design & Delivery Workshop is a practical, in-person working session built around a structured framework that has been used to:

• Turn around major UK infrastructure programmes under delivery pressure
• Reset failing FTSE 100 capital programmes
• Help individuals and organisations move from intention to execution

This is not a motivational talk. It is a structured working session.

Places are intentionally limited to keep the session practical and interactive.

You will use one real goal from your own life or work as a working case study throughout the session. The objective is not simply to create a goal, but to learn a repeatable framework for diagnosing and designing goals properly so you can apply it again independently.

What you will work through

During the workshop, you will:

• Define one clear outcome goal that meets strict goal criteria
• Pressure-test whether the goal is genuinely under your control
• Identify the real internal reason behind the goal using a structured “Why” process
• Break the outcome into performance and process goals
• Identify belief and behavioural blockers that prevent follow-through
• Leave with a clear, written plan you can act on immediately
• Understand the framework so you can design and diagnose goals independently independently in the future

All work is completed during the session using a guided workbook.

• You are directed to specific workbook sections to complete exercises
• Exercises are time-boxed and focused
• Active facilitation throughout

You will be working, writing, and refining not listening for hours.

About the facilitator

The workshop is led by Clement Kwegyir-Afful, author of Unchained and creator of the Unchained Goals™ framework.

Clement has applied this framework in practice to:

• Support major UK infrastructure programmes facing delivery failure
• Help stabilise and reset FTSE 100 capital programmes
• Work with organisations and individuals to translate ambition into structured action

The framework taught is practical, tested, and execution-focused.
