Let the Horses Guide You to Your True Self Join us May 2nd | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for a one-of-a-kind experience where horses help teens slow down, tune in, and reconnect with who they really are. This is a great event for ages 12-17.
Led by Heather Lewis, Certified EquineFlow Coach and HeartMath Mentor, this workshop blends intuitive horse connection with science-backed tools to help teens better understand their emotions, energy, and inner voice.
No riding involved, just hands-on interaction with horses who naturally mirror emotions and energy, helping teens build:
