A Sacred Journey of Release & Renewal

Step into a sacred space for women to release, renew, and rise.
This immersive experience is rooted in the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience—a guided journey of intentional breathing patterns, breath holds, music, and meditation, woven together with vocal release and sound healing. Within this safe container, you’ll be supported in deep healing, emotional release, shedding limitations, and awakening to clarity, self-love, and expanded awareness.

No previous experience is needed—just an open heart and willingness to explore.

• Somatic shaking to awaken and release tension
• Guided Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Breathwork
• Pillow scream release (optional but encouraged)
• Guided gratitude and inner child meditation for healing
• Sound bath integration with optional Reiki healing
• Closing sharing circle

• A safe, sacred container for women to feel, release, and renew
• A guided journey through intentional breathing, movement, and stillness
• Somatic shaking to help regulate and prepare the body
• Healing meditation to connect with gratitude and your inner child
• Restorative sound healing with the option of Reiki for deeper alignment
• Space to share your experience and be witnessed in sisterhood
• Tools for letting go of what no longer serves you
• The opportunity to emerge lighter, clearer, and more free

• Release stress, tension, and emotional blockages
• Reset and regulate your nervous system
• Enhance clarity, creativity, and intuition
• Support emotional healing and trauma release
• Expand consciousness and awareness
• Increase energy and vitality
• Strengthen inner awareness and self-trust

• Avoid eating at least 1 hour before the session
• Most of the practice will be done lying down
• Breathwork is safe, but all participants must sign a waiver
• This is a women’s-only event
• Wear comfortable, layered clothing (temperature shifts are common)
• No previous experience is required
• Location: Panacea Group LLC – The Yoga Studio. Park in the back of the building; the studio is the first door on the left when you come in (lower level of the building).

• Yoga mat (blanket will be provided to lie on)
• Blanket to cover yourself
• 2 pillows (one for under your head, one for optional sound/emotional release)
• Water bottle
• If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler

Breathwork is generally safe, but it is a powerful practice that can bring strong physical and emotional releases. Please consult your doctor before attending if you are pregnant, recovering from recent surgery, or living with serious medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, untreated high blood pressure, epilepsy or seizure disorders, brain or abdominal aneurysms, uncontrolled diabetes, thyroid conditions, detached retina, glaucoma, or other eye pressure concerns. Breathwork is also not recommended for those with severe lung issues such as COPD, or for individuals with significant psychiatric concerns, including schizophrenia or extreme PTSD.
