🌹 About the Workshop
Desire is a powerful pathway to our aliveness and pleasure, yet many of us have lost touch with it or learned to suppress it. Some of us have wondered if we're broken, while others have felt like too much. Many have shaped their desires around others or forgotten what wanting even feels like.
This workshop is an opportunity to unapologetically return to your desire.
Through somatic and embodied exercises, guided reflections, embodied exercises, and sharing, we’ll explore what desire feels like in your body, how to tune into what you want, and how to express it.

🌹 About the Facilitator
Shaped by her upbringing between Northern California and Sweden, Anya Hynell is a somatic sex and relationship coach, certified yoga teacher, sexuality research assistant, and RFSU sex educator. She brings a playful, exploratory, and embodied approach to desire, intimacy, and pleasure.
