A playful and powerful workshop created for every woman who refuses to shrink or fade as her hormones change. This is a space where we take menopause out of the shadows and celebrate it for what it truly is — a transformation into deeper wisdom, unapologetic confidence, and fierce feminine power.
In this workshop, we’ll break free from the old narrative that menopause is “the end.” Instead… we rise. We connect with our wild woman. We nourish our bodies with ancestral wisdom. We learn exactly what our hormones need to help us feel vibrant again — not tired, frumpy, or dismissed. And we embrace the emotional and spiritual rebirth that comes when we stop apologizing for who we are and step fully into the woman we were always meant to be.
