Welcome to The Motherhood Club X Unalome.

Where Yoga & Cacao meets creativity.

Begin your Sunday morning in ease and start your week recharged.

Unalome means the path to enlightment and thats exactly what you will be doing durring this event. In a small group of 7 woman we will open our hart, connect with our highterslef, body and mind.

You will start with a Yoga Vinyasa flow to really wake up your body and open up the heart.
followed by a small cacao cermony.

Cacao can bring up a creative flow and therefore I made sure you are able to fully express yourself. There is paint and canvasa's , you can dance, sing, or just lay down and enjoy the ride.
It is your journey so whatever it is you need to do, do it!

I will teach you a little bit about the history and bennefits of cacao and how to make the perfect cup.

The setting is warm, intemite and safe.

What to bring and what to wear:

• Yoga mat.
• Bolster ( if you want ).
• Comfortable clothing.
• Good energy.
