Mental health requires mental hygiene and that is what this experience is all about. Drop in to this workshop for a fun and enlightening session that will care for your heart, mind and soul. Every session together will be different with some combination of art, play, experiential therapy, solution-focused therapy, brainspotting and specific interventions focused on navigating burnout and boundaries as well as building self-care, self-esteem, self-respect, and self-regulation.
