Welcome to umMeet Ups!

Hosted by umm yoga + wellness, these weekly meet ups are designed to foster community through wellness activities.

Our motto is: find peace in the pause. And we'll use tools like yoga movement and mindfulness, breathing exercises, cold plunging, and sound bath to help your body, brain, and self find that - pause.
What to expect:

• Yoga movement for all levels
• Guided breathing exercises to prepare for cold plunge
• 3-minute cold plunge per person
• Sound bath

Please bring:

• Wear clothes or swimsuit to plunge in
• Clothes to change into after
• Towel
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
