Welcome to Umeed women's community group Tameside. The purpose of this group is to promote the mental health and well-being and to reduce Isolation among South Asian women in Tameside, through awareness sessions, art and craft, exercise,indoor and outdoor activities, picnics, events etc.
Come and join us every Friday from 10 am to 11.30 am in women's centre, Cavendish Mill , opposite ASDA.
